Were the combat style grip made in the early 90's for Lew Horton guns, Classic DX, etc N frame round butt guns commonly referred to as morado grips that were fatter and flat sided and cut out on both panels EVER made for K frames?

c21yankee,
I have never seen the grips that you are describing made for K and L frame guns, always N frame.I was told by a Hogue employee a few years ago that they were the supplier for these grips. In my opinion those grips with double cut outs were thinner, not fatter than the factory originals which were made from goncalo alves.
