Looking for info on a Mod 37-1 Chief's Special Airweight in nickel? This has been in my drawer for the past 10 yrs with less than 1 box of .38spl fired and I was considering trading it for a 439 or selling. What is the going $$ on these. I was thinking around 450$. What is your thoughts? Any other info on it would be helpful. Thanks...

I personally think 450 is a bit steep, I bought mine a year ago with box/papers/tools and original grips for 350, But I got a good deal,
I would think 400 is more reasonable for sale but it may take a bit, 350 it will sell quicker
450, Again it will take a while.
I could be wrong.
Look at GB under past auctions and see what they have sold for.
Peter.

No idea on the current price but with box and papers I think it would add at least $25 to the value.

Anyway, beautiful 37. If i had the dough I'd buy as I'm in the market for a snubby .38 but I'd put some wood on it.
