I have a .460 and it came with two compinsaters the one with three holes is installed from factory, the one with 4 holes is in a bag. which one is for lead bullets?? and which for jacketed?? I have only fired a box of the hornady 200 grn and I purchased a box of cor bon 395grn which I have not shot yet How much more recoil are the 395s? THANKS

The one with four holes is for lead.

Kingsnake,
I've used both types for both types of bullets without regard to which one was the "correct" one,and it seeeeems that both my V and XVR prefer the comp with the small holes on top (the jacketed one). Leading did not seem a problem with either. This is with a large variety of ammunition and velocities. The recoil differences between them are not significant and sometimes they seem to change my opinion of which has more, but the accuracy is much better (I THINK) with the one for jacketed bullets. I suspect the 395's will be (a lot) more "fun" than the 200's
