Default C&S Extreme Duty fixed sight question...

My question is...will the C&S extreme duty fixed rear sight work, height wise, with any standard Smith & wesson ramp sights. Actually, I want to use the front sight from my Meprolight night sight in conjunction with the C&S fixed sight. Is the rear sight too tall?

PS- I understand heavier bullets impact higher and lighter bullets tend to impact lower in a given caliber. It's going on a 4" 686-5.

Groo here
You may be able to shim up the sight if it hits to low.
If it is ok left/right the rest is easy...
