Default Experience with 44 mag. Effectors?

I was wondering if anyone has had any experience with the S&W 29 Effectors cut down for/by Jovino in the 70's and 80's? Thanks.

I wish there was more info on Jovino's work. I have a 25-2 Jovino according the the person I bought it from his father bought it from Jovino. The action and work is superb and it is very accurate.

But it seems every gun modified in this fashion is called an effector or Jovino

Attached is a Fugate ad calling a Model 60 a John Jovino gun?
