In good condition, in the original box, the revolver is worth somewhere in the $500 category.
To me, most action jobs add no value. I usually re-work them anyway and a bad action job might require additional parts. Parts would obviously lower the value of the revolver.
Hogue grips could be worth up to $100 depending on which wood and the configuration of the grips. Or they could be worth nothing if they are the rubber ones.
The gold lettering is usually not gold leaf. Most of the time it is crayon or paint stick. Occasionally it is brass. Again, this adds no value to the used firearm.
