Has anyone actually shot Hornady Critical Defense 110 gr. ammo in a Ti Cyl. J-frame?
Please post results if you have. Thanks in advance!

Absolutely, Positively NOT.
All five of my Scandium framed, Titanium cylinder. 357 Magnum, Smith and Wesson revolvers specifically warn against using ammunition that is loaded with projectiles weighing under 120 grains. Tis ammunition will cause pre-mature erosion of the Scandium/Titanium firearm.
This warning is written in depth in your instruction manual and a reminder is engraved on the barrel shroud of the firearm.

I was thinking .38 special. Not .357mag. I should have noted that, in my first post.

I have not actually even seen any on the ammo shelves in my area. Sounds like promising ammo.

I have shot it out of my 442. You will definitely recall the experience out of a lighter weapon. It is kind if like shooting full house .357s out of my 2" M60, doable, and one can do it enough to qualify with it, but not something you would want to do every day.
I fired 100 rounds out of my 442 over 2 days. 100 rounds is the minimum that I will use to consider myself "streetworthy" with any new ammo.
I am not sure that the ammo is any better than some other botique ammo for short barrels, and 110 gr is a little on the light side IMO for a 38 Special. It did do a number on milk jugs filled with water and barreled through some impressive plywood thicknesses, and it did expand, quite well.
I put some through my 3" M60 which helped shootability a lot, and through my 3" 64 it was almost docile. Of course after 300 rounds of the stuff I was broke for a month.

I wouldn't think so. The 342 Ti has "jacketed bullets only" laser etched on the barrel (shroud). No mention of bullet weight.
The Sc Ti information in the S&W manual (page 14) warns against using bullets less than 120 grains in Magnum loadings.
The Hornady .38 Special standard pressure load has less recoil than the 125 grain Nyclad standard pressure. I shot them out of the 342 Ti. The Speer Gold Dot 135 +P is a handful but not that bad.
