Default Grips for Lefties

I noticed that all the newer revolvers that I see have a thumb indentation on the left side of the revolver. Does S&W sell grips for Lefties or are they aftermarket?

That is not a thumb indentation. It is a relief/ clearance for empty shell extraction. Without that, grips are symetric and good for right or left handed people.
