Default 686 problem

I bought a 686-3 about a month ago. It had been shot less than 20 times (18 by individual I bought it off off). I have put better than 150 rounds thru it now.

The problem is suddenly it has become hard to swing cylinder out. It seems to be binding. I have shot some reloads thru it as well as factory, but nothing hot, mostly DEWC (in .38 Spec brass) and some medium .357 loads.

Any ideas? What do I need to add to this description to help out with the process. Thanks in advance.
