Default Hammer Nose Bushing-686 (No dash)

My 686 (no dash) needs a hammer nose bushing.

Brownells has one (oversize, which I need), but it's for a -2.

Will this work in a no dash?

Thanks, Greg

Thanks.

Are you in the Air Force?

I was in 1983 - 1987. Good times.

Edit: I see that you are a veteran. Australia I presume.

I was in the USAF.

If Your 686 No Dash doen't have the M stamped in the yolk area then it's still covered under the recall by S&W for an upgrade for a hammer nose bushing & fireing pin..
Just give them a call & they'll send you out a shipping label..
Then go to a Fedex & ship it out to them & wait for it to return to your home.. All parts, labor & S&H covered for FREE by Smith & Wesson..

Thanks for the recall info. I do not have the gun in my possession currently. I will check it when I get it back.
