Been using it for years. Used it around the garage and shop for years , but several hi-power and bench rest shooters swear by it. Called "the oil that kreeps, it really does get under copper fouling. Works better the longer it sits , so I swap my bores with it before storing my rifles. Works great on whetstones too.
I know a bore soaked in Kroil and left to sit and then brushed is not safe to be around if you have a leading problem. You can cast your own with the **** it will bring out. It is goooood stuff.
I've really been impressed with it. In my rifles, I use it with JB bore compound, and it does a great job. It's also good for cleaning rust off of metal too.
Their website is kanolabs.com I called them when the local gun shop said they couldn't get it anymore to order some. Kano said they had a sale on the Aerokroil and free shipping. I purchased two of their 16.5 oz. cans and every once in a while they send me a flyer with all their products and sales listed. Like other posters have said it works great in gun barrels and general firearms cleaning. Very nice people to talk to and they know what they are doing.
