No I have tried to talk him into doing one his number is 440-458-4369. He keeps busy word of mouth and from written articles. Andy is among the best pistol smiths we have. He is also very reasonable and does all of his own work.

He' a great guy..and a master gunsmith/gunmaker. Just call him. I think you'll reach him easier if you call around 8:30 a.m. EST. But he will return your call either way.
My friends and I have given him quite a bit of work. I intend to give him more.

I wouldn't expect a lengthy conversation. He is a man of very few words.

Andy just about defines the term old school, both in techniques and in technology. He does things in a classic manner and does his communication by mail and (mostly) by phone. It’s worth the effort to contact him though. Unless something has changed recently, he doesn’t even use e-mail... a website is totally out of the question.

Well said and accurate. The older better mechanics can’t run a tight shop and turn out custom work by jumping to the phone when it rings or running and operating a website. His work speaks for itself and word of mouth jobs almost always pay without problems. He doesn’t need layers and layers of interference and visual online hype to keep his schedule full. “ You build it and they will come “
