Default K frame front sight

I may be getting a model 19-3 that has been butchered and can be nothing but a project gun. The rear sight has been 'modified/removed' and would be replaced with a C&S fixed sight. The 6" barrel would be shortened to 3". The front sight is a welded on post. What can I do to put on a ramp or ?? I have looked in Brownell's and can't find one. I assume that my search skills are lacking. Help.

You might consider sending it to this business ...

SDM Fabricating Home

I have no personal experience with them.
