Could be something as simple as the ejector rod loosening.

If the cylinder will not rotate on the shaft with the yoke dismounted from the gun you almost certainly have a serious debris problem or a really bent ejector rod.
Try trickling some good lube, like CLP, down the ejector rod from each end of the cylinder. if that doesn't work you may need to disassemble it. It helps to have a special tool so you don't damage the shaft. It almost certainly has a reverse thread on it.
Most firing debris is powder, it is carbon based and you need a LOT of it to totally gum up the works. Could concieveably be a chunk of jacket, a chunk of lead, or even some sand or range ****.

it is a brand new gun,,less than 100 rounds shot through it. i finally got it free, took me a week. i think i must have forgot to dump powder in my brass . ive only done this twice in 15 yrs. i tapped my bullet back in with a wooden dowel. what a relief to get it fixed. i dont think any harm was done.

It's a good thing the bullet tied it up. If you fired it with a bullet stuck in the barrel you would have had fireworks...
My 500 mag done the same trick. I had some hang fires due to cold temps then I stuck a bullet. H110 is very temp sensitive!
