Question Sights on m67?

Hi

Do the sights on a SW m67 lend themselves to a kitchen table swap out to modern night sights easily?

Are some varients of the m67 better for this than others?

The front sight will have to be custom installed. Meaning, you'll have to remove the front sight and have a dove tail cut into it to fit the front night sight.

On any 67 with a pinned front sight this sight set from Meprolight will be a kitchen table swap (If you are married, use a working table).

You probably have to drill a hole for the pin in the front sight.

Not really. The pin hole in the front sight is not drilled because if you take 10 different revolvers you will find the hole in 10 different places
Just install the front sight and use the pin hole on your gun as a guide.

Basically anyone with a drill press can do this easy.
If a gunsmith manages to mess up that kind a job, he would loose his title on the spot
