Default forcing cone

Hello, how removed the traces of machining in the forcing cone, they have a grater effect and lead bullets became entrenched.

Bonjour, comment enlevé, les traces d'usinages dans le cône de forcement, elles ont un effet rape et le plomb des balles s'incruste.

Gaëtan,

That forcing cone looks like it was cut with damaged tooling. I think it should be smoother than that. I would suggest having it re-cut. It is possible to further smooth the cone using a brass lap and abrasive compound, but you usually don't need it. Brownells carries the tools to cut and lap the cone, but they are not cheap. For a single gun, it is more economical to let a gunsmith do it.
