My 627 came with a set of Nill grips, which I really like. They fill the hand quite nicely, but they are expensive.

How about a set of the rubber grips that come on the X frame guns ?
Check S&W website, I think they sell them in their online store.

If you want large and rubber try the Pachmayr Large Presentation. If these are too small then you are SOL, they don't get any bigger.

I have Excaliber round to squares (silver blacks) on my N frame round butt, and it fills up my big mit. Also, Hogue custom made me a grip for a square grip gun when I called and said what they had just didn't do it for my hand. They had me trace my hand several ways and send it in. Took a while, but well worth the wait, and they just charged me the usual price for the grip I chose (Lamo-Camo) with an ebony cap. They are great folks to deal with. Flapjack

If it's a round butt grip frame, which is standard for newer gun, the grip for the 500 Magnum will fit. However, it's made by Hogue for S&W and due to a licensing agreement is ONLY available through the S&W web site. You'll also find the fit isn't quite perfect on the N frame, it'll be serviceable but it won't fit like a glove like it does on the K, L, and X frame grips frames. On my 610 this grips shows about a 3/32 gap from the top strap at the top of the grip. See the following link for this particular grip.
Product: Model 500 Impact Absorbing Hogue Square Butt Conversion Grips
BTW, you're not the only one who finds the standard grips on S&W revolvers to be sized for Hobbits and I don't have exceptionally large hands. When I first tried my 620 with some full house 357 Magnums it only took 2 cylinders to convince me to shop for new grips. Now the 620 has the 500 Magnum grip on it and shooting Magnums has gone from blister raising punishing to fun.
