Default after market grips and lighter trigger pull

A freind called me and asked i knew a way to take off the old smith grips and add some new ones to his 4043,i've never done this so i'm coming to ya'll.

He also want to lighten the trigger pull,he doesn't understand the true meaning of DAO but if i can get some advice for this,too i'de be thankfull.

any parts list and website would be great.
