Has anyone used Jerry Miculek's S&W revolver spring kit for K,L & N frames?

I wasn't two impressed with them. Tried them in 3 guns, took the main (hammer) spring back out.

Jerry Miculek is the "world's greatest" at some things pistola wise, but lending his name for a slice of the action seems to cheapen him a little. What's next? Jerry Miculek hairspray, Elmer Keith's famous hot-links, or Handejector's breath mints? Maybe I'm just jealous.

Ok installed Miculek spring kit #mic-625. very easy to install. I started with a over 12 lb. pull on double action and 6 lb on single action. I have it at 9 1/2 lbs. double and about 3 1/2 on single. This is the best I can do with win. primers.

Just a FYI, Any of the spring kits like Mick, Brownells, Wilson etc are all Wolff Springs. The OEM springs for SW are Wolff. They make them all.

Wolff Gunsprings - Firearm Springs for Semi-Auto Pistols, Revolvers, Rifles, & Shotguns

Kinda like Mecgar mags make a lot of the OEM magazines, Starline brass makes many big name brass.

I've done over a dozen of these and they've worked wonderfully!
Follow the instructions, take your time, use a trigger pull guage and, if you're going for minimum trigger weight, stick to Federal primers.
