Default S&W N frame "hand" & revision number question

I picked up a model of 1989 -2 it has the floating hand, it feels crummy compared to a -3 with a regular hand, does anyone know which part number would be correct for replacement? S&W lists 2 non floating?

210590000 HAND
210600000 HAND

I see one is a -2 model of 1989 & the other is a -3 model of 1989 same everything, what is the difference on the 2 625's between the revisions? just the hand?

Thanks Gents
