Outdoorsman front sight

I picked up a nice pre-23 Outdoorsman that some idiot had put a fibre optic front sight on the Patridge blade. What do I need to do to get it back to original? Thanks- Mitch

If you mean the existing patridge sight was modified, you just need a new patridge front sight of the proper height and a pin punch to remove the pin that holds the modified sight to the sight base.

I don't have an extra OD patridge sight or I would make one available to you. Good luck in the hunt. In the worst case you might have to fabricate one.

Thanks David, It's just the blade, not the base. Maybe one of or kind and helpful forum members has one they can sell me. Looking forward to any help from you all. Thanks, Mitch

They are rare. You might do better buying one of the unfinished Outdoorsman barrels from Numrich and using the sight off it.
