Default 586 cylinder issues

I recently purchased a blued 586 that had been converted over to shoot in PPC. The person (not the PPC shooter) I bought it off of said they had problems with cases getting stuck in 1 or 2 of the chambers. I was leary but at the price of $200 I figured if it was a simple fix like just giving it a good cleaning I would come out way ahead and if it wasn't then I would have some room to work on it. Well it turns out someone took a dremel tool to the cylinder to "fix" it and I think it's beyond hope. It's cut pretty rough inside at least 2 chambers. I figure the easiest thing is to just replace the cylinder. Where can I order one or does anyone know a good smith in the Hickory, NC area? Thanks in advance for any info given.

I would sell it for $200 and forget about it.
