it will drop the trigger weight
stretching the trigger return spring can lighten it further but is very difficult to not over do and ruin the trigger return spring.

wouldnt use that setup for self defense.

take two needle nose pliers and tweak the pigtail spring so its lighter.
on the large spring in the sear tower remove extra coil it is double looped at the ends
polish the sear, sear tower inside and out then polish the trigger arm where it contacts the frame right side and then on the left side that contacts the sear tower. polishing the slide where the trigger arm contacts is also a good idea, from the firing pin safety
to the rear of the slide where the bump is.

will smooth and lighten the trigger and if done right will lighten it but keep all the original parts and more reliable.

but if going to use for competition or paper punching only by all means feel free to go the whole way and remove the pigtail spring and the outer sear spring.
