Just a little mis-leading, and incorrect. While in the same ball-park as others it is, at best, as old.
Pennsylvania Gunsmithing School was begun in 1949, but the program at Trinidad State Junior College was begun in
1947 by P. O. Ackley. This summer is the 65th anniversary of the program. So, at best, the Colorado School of Trades program, also begun in 1947, is the same age as the Trinidad program. Trinidad offers an Associate Degree for college credit, while, to my knowledge, the CST program is simply a trade school.
Lassen Junior (new Community) College Gunsmithing program appears to be gone. I can't say about the others that have been offered in the past.
