Default Changes To the 329PD Alaska Backpacker

A friend has the 329PD Alaska Backpacker IV...
Thinking about getting one...

Could the sights be changed to White Outline and Red Ramp?

Second question...
Would like a round butt grip, would this be the same conversion that can be made on a standard N square butt frame... or is the Scandium Alloy frame different than the steel N frames?

Thanks!
Wayne
