Default s@w bodyguard trigger and laser problems

my wife purchaesd one a year ago(brand new).it was her first handgun. i finally shot it this weekend and found that the trigger was down rite horrible on it.after 5 boxes throu it it still is. the laser dont want to stay set ,constantly sighting back in. can i get some help here. please

Can you be more specific about what is horrible about the trigger? My laser stays put, so I don't have any suggestions for that one.

I believe S&W had LASER problems with the initial Bodyguards.
Perhaps you should contact S&W.

trigger is about 17 lbs on my scale. call s@w today.shipping it back on wensday. had a very good experience with the customer service.

The trigger pull is long and kinda heavy, but I don't think it should be 17 lbs. It takes some getting use to. My laser stays put also. S&W will fix it for you.

Yeah that's an awfully heavy trigger pull at 17 lbs. Several folks have published the measured trigger pull at anywhere from 6.5 to 11 lbs. Please let us know how it is after S&W returns it.

the bodyguard is still at s@w. i will let you know how the trigger and the laser works when it gets back

just got the bodyguard back today.it took 3 weeks but the trigger is fixed eavy pull it hadand so is the lazer. very happy with the trigger job they did to fix the heavy pull. lazer is also briter ,it had new batteries in it when we sent it in. HATS OFF TO S@W WARRANTY AND THE GUNSMITHS WHO FIXED IT. THANK YOU
