What size pin punch for barrel & sight pins?
I need a pin punch to remove the front sight pins on 50's vintage N frame. I believe it is the same size as the barrel pin and has to have recessed tip so as not to flatten the pins.
Can anybody tell me the size and a possible source? I have tried every search parameter that I can thin of on Brownell's web site. Thanks.

I had to do this job recently and needed a .050 punch.
After a futile search, I made one by turning down the tip of a nail set with my lathe.

Thanks, Bill. I guess the .05 is the one I need. I don't know why I couldn't get these to pull up by searching their web site. Randy

You're welcome. I had to search for cupped tip punches.
