From your description, its hard to know where to start as there could be more than one problem, depending on where in the cycle the hang up is. If it is early in the cycle, I would first check the cylinder stop. Holding the gun sideways, slowly cock the hammer and watch the cylinder stop below the cylinder as it retracts. Make sure it retracts enough to release the cylinder, before the hand rotates the cylinder. If it does not release soon enough the hand rotates the cylinder while the stop is still in the notch, causing it to bind. Another way to check it is to put a business card between the stop and the cylinder and cock the gun to see if turns the cylinder without issue. If this check does not find the issue, then a more detailed description of when the problem occurs will help with more suggestions. Hope this helps.
