Looking at the web sight I notice S&W offers Tuning the Action of your semi auto, While I know what polishing the barrel ramp does for performance, whta does tuning the action do for the pistol, and what does it entail? Also is it somthing that I should invest in, life of the fire arm and all that?

Looks like a lot of people reading my thread, would someone take the time to reply to it?

Tuning the action will result in a smoother and slightly lighter trigger pull. Go over to the "M&P Pistols" section of this forum. You'll find a lot more info there. This smithing section is mostly about revolvers.
