S&W gunsmith in southern ohio
can anyone recommend a gunsmith in the southern ohio area that are known to be familiar with 3rd. gen semi autos. in particular......I really want to have a complete respring job done on my 3913 that I use as my ccw....I know my limitations

You have one of the best pistol smiths in the country in north Ohio Andy Horvath but a spring change is pretty simple one of your local gun shops may have a qualified gunsmith.

I was thinking Horvarth, too, but presume Southern Ohio is specified as a driving distance thing.
Indeed, if just springs, I'd call around locally -- any qualified gunsmith can do that, though I'd stick to a certified S&W armorer; but you don't need a major name gunsmith.

Nocents, my co-worker is a 20+ year S&W armorer & also performs excellent gunsmith work on revolvers & all semi autos. We're in the Cincinnati area. PM me if interested...
