Default Triple Lock disassembly question

I'm trying to take the cylinder assembly apart on my TL. The knob comes off the end of the extractor rod and the nut unscrews from the center of the extractor star but then what? Nothing else wants to move. I need to clean it and straighten the extractor rod. It is not the same as my other N frames.

The older guns had a right hand thread on the extractor rod.
