I mounted a Burris 2X handgun scope to my S&W .460 Performance Center revolver. I used four Jack Weigand scope rings (recommended by Weigand). Scope rings Weaver style by Weigand
The scope mounted real nice, but sits so low I had to remove the rear sight. Also I wanted to install a set of Butler Creek caps which won't fit because of the clearance.
I like the lines & style of the Weigand Combat rings, but would like something just a little taller so I can keep the rear sight installed.
Any suggestions?
