When did Wilson Combat start making S&W springs?
Just curious, how long has Wilson Combat been making S&W springs?
Have they always been the same as they are now?

I don't think Wilson "makes" springs for S&W's. I believe they re-package and sell springs (made by someone else) for S&W's.

Thanks for the info,
I also used a Wolff Type 1 "standard" spring in one of my 581's and felt no improvement to the DA pull....

That's to be expected as the Type 1 is just a stock replacement...
