Lets make a grip screw chart....
I see lots of folks asking about grip screws and most do not get a good solid answer. Can we all put our heads together and make a list by model/date showing what size screw was originally used. I stole this idea from a previous post that I can't find now so forgive me for not pointing the credit in the right direction.
So to kick it off here is what I have in my notes.
1855 Flip Up 3-48 x 1"
1872 Top Break 3-54 x 7/8"
4-44 x 1" (J Frame)
K-Frame 5-40 x 1"
4 March 1942 the standard became the 5-44 x 1" NF
1917 (2nd shipment) N-frame 5-44 x 1"

I can contribute a few (notice differences from your list):
Recognize that before March 4,1942 Smith used their own proprietary screw diameters in most cases but changed to conform to U.S. Standard:
For example:
.100" became #3 (.104") NF
.122" became #5 (.125") NF
An S&W screw chart from 5/20/1909 lists stock screws as follows (lengths vary by style of stock):
.104" x 48 TPI - 32 SAF, 38 SAF, 32 DA, 38 DA, M frame, I frame, and 38 Perfected
.122' x 44 TPI - 44 DA, K, & N Frames
Early Post War decades:
3 x 48 - I and J frame
5 x 44 - K, and N frames
Later Post War:
5 x 44 - J, K, L, and N frames

1909 Screw Chart?
Does the chart referred to above give the dimensions of the 2 rear sight windage screws on a Model 1899 Target?
Thanks in advance.

Daniel, thanks for doing this!
Random info from net:
S&W has used 3-48, 3-56, 5-44
Newest J frames with hex head are 8-32 x 3/4"
I bought a set of used J Magna's with no screw, 3-48 worked
I have a set of J. Scott J frame grips that are also 3-48

This chart would be just revolver grip screws. But, I think what you are looking for is a 3-80.

3-80.....
.....is a wee bit loose.
I wonder if this was also a proprietary diameter.......
I will keep digging.

Wish I knew what size grip screws go on a Bersa Model 223, 22 pistol.
Mines got these goofy brass flathead screws.
