Need a sear for an N Frame hammer
Any know a good source for the sear, pin, and spring? I've never set one up before. Will the sear let-out be correct if a new sear is installed, or does in need adjustment?

I'd check Numricks, Jack First, Brownells, midway.
It could go either way on drop in, or needing adjustment. I'd say it should be pretty close though

If you can't find one, send me a PM. I probably have one and the spring & pin squirreled away.

I think the part you refer to is the double action fly. It should work with minor fitting and usually has to do with length on the bottom end that interacts with the trigger. After fitting, take some crocus cloth or very fine emory cloth and put a shiny smooth finish on it. Will help with the feel of the action.
