Default Scope ring Tool

Found good use for broken spade drill bits. Grind cutting edge off to hole
in bit. Widen hole for relief of stud in scope ring. Thin edge if necessary
for brand of ring. Heat shank with torch and shove into old screw driver
handle. Perfect spanner for Weaver style rings.

Great job. I have a similar one made from an old wood chisel. Sure gives a lot better control of the tool.
