Default Spurred Hammer options for a 3913

Been doing the reading and as far as I can tell a 5906 Hammer will do the switch needed to get a Spurred 3913 What I,m wondering is will a Mod 39 Hammer work ? I like the looks of the old school tool hole on the 39 I have and would like to duplicate that look on My 3913 --- Possible ? I know I could drill a hole in the 5906 hammer but don,t think it would quite look the same also from reading out there I,m getting the impression all I need is the strut off the bobbed hammer that,s on the 3913 and it should work would that be correct ?
Any help on what hammer options are available would be greatly appreciated
Thanks
DOGG!!!
