Are there any special problems reaming the cylinder throats of a cerakoted revolver?

there should not be a problem, as the coating most likely will be gone inside the chambers after some firing, if it was ever in the cylinder.

If the cerakote was applied properly there would have been none inside any of the chambers. .............

Empty casings and or silicone plugs are an easy fix to prevent coating in tolerance areas.

Yes, none found in chambers after I inspected the gun and knew what to look for. No problem.
