S&W parts views
I'm not very computer savvy. Is there a sight I can go to that
shows flat views of parts for S&Ws. All I can find is the oblique
views on parts sheets.

Midway USA has schematics for S&W's (look at bottom of page) and you can also just google S&W schematic for a specific model and you should get a bunch of them that you can enlarge. I believe Gun Parts Corp (Numrich) also has them available. Make SURE you use a period correct schematic as S&W has renumbered their parts. Also when ordering parts you should usually speak to the Technical Dept. of the Co. you are ordering from to make sure you are ordering the correct part. There are some parts that are interchangeable from one model to another like screws, springs, pins, grips, etc. - just so you are aware.

Just bought large "assortment " of revolver parts. A lot of parts for pre
WW2 revolvers. S&W, Colt, H&R, ect. Parts loose in cigar boxes. Newer
models I can easy ID. Some of this older stuff I am not familiar with. Most
can ID make but not model.

If you could post a photograph of the parts you are having trouble identifying, perhaps members here on the forum could help you correctly identify them.
