S&W 41 Gunsmith recommendation ?
I have an older model s&w 41 would like to send it out to gunsmith for tear down, inspection, finishing job and suggested upgrades. Thanks

I don't think Clark does refinishing, but they do gunsmith the model 41.

Another endorsement for Clark for smithing purposes and I speak with first hand knowledge. Since they do custom work, I suspect if they don't do finishing, they have contract with someone who does.

That's exactly what I was thinking when I sent mine back a couple months ago. If I send it out again, I'll try a highly recommended 41 specialist instead.
