Default K22 Front Sight Height

I have a 1956 or 57 K22 which the previous owner modified by shortening the front sight. Too short. I found a K38 front sight and fitted it. Too tall. Not wanted to do this again, what's the correct height? The rear sight is about .375 from the base of the sight to the top of the blade.

Most of the .22 sights I've seen are around .175 - .200 tall.
