Default Who is recommended to bore a .22 cylinder to .32 H&R?

I have a S&W 648 cylinder I'm looking to have chambered to .32 H&R. Who does good work is reasonable and has reasonable turn-around? Or are those characteristics mutually exclusive?

Sorry, can't help with the smith, but remember the old saying....

Hamilton Bowen did my .327 from pre-17 cylinder. He was fast and good but he might be too busy with Rugers to do any Smiths right now.
