Default Removing safety on M&P full size9

Can I remove the safety on M&P 9 Full size and get the plugs to close openings and where?.I did apex trigger job and love it.This is going to be my home defense and range gun,not carry

Pure opinion here, but in terms of liability and other issues, it's never a good idea to remove or alter an inherant safety that has been "built in" to the firearm by the manufacturer.
