S&W 625-8 Replace partridge front sight
S&W 625-8 want to replace front partridge front sight with Ramp sight. Ramp sight is not been drilled what size drill bit is needed.

You can get #54 bits from vendors off Ebay if you need a easy source. That's where I got mine.

Best to use a drill press. Install the sight, spot drill the sight to get hole location, then remove sight and drill with it flat on the drill press table. Put a scrap of wood, plastic or metal under the sight to keep from drilling into the table. Reinstall and pin sight.
