Default Refinish a Lady Smith Model 60-9?

I ran across a Lady Smith Model 60-9, 357 with 2" barrel.
The previous owner kept under under vinyl couch cushions and it has some significant scattered rust on barrel, frame and under the grips.
Mechanically, it is fine, as is the bore. 0000 steel wool and oil cleaned up the rust, but the discolored finish still remains. I wouldn't mind getting to a better condition and know it will never be NIB, mint, etc.
Does S&W offer a refinishing service? Anyone know what the approximate cost would be?
