Default Refinish a Lady Smith Model 60-9?

I ran across a Lady Smith Model 60-9, 357 with 2" barrel.
The previous owner kept under under vinyl couch cushions and it has some significant scattered rust on barrel, frame and under the grips.
Mechanically, it is fine, as is the bore. 0000 steel wool and oil cleaned up the rust, but the discolored finish still remains. I wouldn't mind getting to a better condition and know it will never be NIB, mint, etc.
Does S&W offer a refinishing service? Anyone know what the approximate cost would be?

You can refinish it yourself. Many posts here or look on U-Tube. Yes you yourself can make it look better than new. Do it while watching TV. Just finished a 649 less than an hour ago. What are you waiting for.

Yes, the factory will redo the finish:

Precision Gunsmithing | Smith & Wesson

But it is fairly easy to DIY, as Zipdog mentioned.

Thanks guys.
I was hesitant about a DIY due to the script "Lady Smith" on the right side of the frame and cover. It isn't engraved/pressed, but appears to be some type of etching or more likely, thin laser engraving.
