IF YOU OWN A M41 YOU MIGHT WANT TO SAVE THIS - UPDATED 09/12/17 - PICTURE ENLARGING
There is an excellent posting that most here already know about for basic M41 repairs and tweaking.
Model 41 maintenance
The REAL REASON for this post is for the two following ones which involve taking the M41 COMPLETELY apart and of course reassembly. I was cleaning up my Computer's Bookmarks and remembered I had these two which are much more difficult to find and show the entire step by step process for those who need to perform a complete detail strip. This is NOT necessary for normal maintenance or cleaning but for the rare repair job that requires a detail strip.
Album Archive - S&W Model 41 Disassembly
Album Archive - S&W Model 41 Assembly
CLICK AND THEN DOUBLE CLICK ON PICTURES AND THEY WILL ENLARGE MULTIPLE TIMES.
Regards,
Chief38

FWIW - I tried both the assy & disassy links after seeing them - both yield a '404' error.

A few Forum members have PM'd me about this and I did try it - only to get the same results you guys are now getting after being up for over a year.
I did a few searches and scrounging around and the info and websites are no where to be found. I have no idea as to what happened, but have my suspicions.......
Anyway, If I ever find the pages again I will re-post. Too bad, it was a really good site!
