Target Hammer for Model 17 .22

I've got an old 4-screw Model 17 I shoot in Bullseye competition for the .22 stage. It has the 0.500" Target hammer.

Where can I get a replacement Target hammer?

I shot thousands of rounds through this revolver, and have dry fired it constantly. The "spar" on the hammer eventually snapped off a couple of years ago. I had the broken spar piece welded back on, and that held up for a couple of years of shooting, but then broke again at the same fracture line two weeks ago.

So welding is not the long term solution. Think I need a new hammer.
