Mark Hartshorn at Pinnacle Performance, Cylinder and Slide both do that type of work.

SDM makes them but after visiting the site just now, they state they're not accepting any new work. I think most any competent smith could install the bead or an entire front sight (pinned, staked or dovetailed).
