As long as the gun was made post-WWII, in other words has the micrometer sight, all of the parts are available from S&W. Current sights use all the same small parts as they did in the late 1940s. The only difference is the elevation nut and windage screws have slightly domed heads, while up to mid-1950s they were flat-headed.
Hopefully the sight leaf (base) is usable, they are specific to the .357 Magnum/Model 27. Other N-Frame sight leafs are usable, but will not be checkered. Sometime in the 1960s the mounting screw position was changed slightly, so you will need a sight leaf with the hole in the proper location. This may be a K-frame issue only!
